This package is best for couples who don’t need assistance with décor set-up or contacting vendors but would like a coordinator’s help with the ceremony, as well as the main events of the reception

  • Services include:
  • Includes 6-8 hours of coverage, determined by planner based on the wedding day timeline
  • Direction of ceremony
  • Assist with room flip
  • Work directly with vendors to assure reception events run smoothly and on time

For brides and grooms who want to do most of the planning themselves, but need someone to implement and coordinate on their wedding day

  • Services include:
  • A meeting with the bride/groom prior to wedding to be informed on wedding details
  • Advice on timeline if needed
  • Planner will contact vendors one week before the wedding and make sure they arrive on time (Vendors include: caterer, cake, florist, photographer, venue contact, make and hair, etc.)
  • Set up décor from bride/groom
  • Ensure all wedding items are in place
  • Coordinate and assist with room flip if needed
  • Communicate with on-site vendors and personal during wedding set up and wedding
  • Communicate with bride/groom/wedding party
  • Ceremony coordination

A cross between the Tier I and Tier III package.

This package is best for couples who need wedding day coordination and also want a planner’s assistance during the wedding planning process, but would like to make most decisions themselves

  • Services include:
  • Assistance with timeline and floor plans, if needed
  • Planner handles communication with vendors (meetings, emails) during the month prior to the wedding
  • Planner handles all day-of coordination tasks
  • Two (2) face-to-face meetings with the bride and family/vendors/venue, etc. during the month prior to the wedding
  • Assistance in RSVPs can be added to package for additional charge (send/receiving/keeping record/seating chart)
  • Coordinate rehearsal if needed

The Tier III package is for the brides/grooms who want help making decisions, but need help communicating with and booking vendors, setting up meetings and day-of coordination

  • Handles all day-of coordination tasks
  • Five (5) face-to-face meetings options between bride and family/vendors/venue/

  • Coordinate rehearsal
  • Assists with design decisions for wedding day

  • Includes meetings with the planner to determine theme, budget for the event, date, time, etc.
    • Amount of meetings will be determined by the size of the event
